The Metroll portal is an account management tool. Metroll uses the power of Salesforce to protect your information and secure your account. To get started, go to the portal website. Metroll and log in. You will need to be granted access to login into the portal. If you need your password reset, please contact our sales team. Hello@fontana.metroll.com

In the portal, you can….

CREATE QUOTES & PLACE ORDERS.

Create quotes and place orders at your convenience. Your customers will love your quick response to their requests!

GET DISCOUNTS FOR BUYING IN BULK.

We have now added Intelligent Pricing! What is that? Glad you asked. It is a feature that will adjust your discount based on the volume of your order. This feature is only available on the portal.

VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT HISTORY.

We have loaded all your previous orders, invoices, and quotes in one convenient place.

SEE YOUR ORDER STATUS.

Is my order ready? Check the portal. If it is in progress, you'll see it on that tab. Completed? Great, you can then schedule a pickup!

USE THE "I" ICON TO GET MORE INFO ON PRODUCTS.

When looking at our products, the 'i" icon gives you access to more information and specifications.

SCHEDULE A PICK-UP TIME FOR YOUR ORDERS.

Want to have your driver show up and not have to wait for staging? By scheduling a pick-up time, we have your order(s) ready!

HOW TO SCHEDULE A PICK-UP

You can now designate an appointment time to pick up your order.

1. Log into our portal.

2. Click on "My Account".

3. Click on "Completed Orders".

4. Select the order that you want to pick up.

5. Select your preferred date and time.

6. Send your driver to the "Check-In" window with your order number. We will have your order ready to go at your appointment time!

PAYMENTS ON THE PORTAL

PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD​​​​​​

​​​​Our customers have said that it is, "as easy as AMAZON!" When prompted for payment in our portal, select the credit card option. We've implemented extra security measures to ensure your safety. A 2.9% transaction fee will apply to all credit card transactions- and will be added to your invoice.

PAY WITH ZELLE​​​​​​

Login to the bank account you want to use. Find the "Pay with Zelle" transfer option or log in to the Zelle App on your mobile device. Please note, Metroll's name will display as Buildmat Plus and Zelle is not available (yet) in our portal. Be sure to include an invoice or reference number for easy tracking. Send your payment to: zellepay@fontana.metroll.com

PAY WITH ACH​​​​​​

When prompted for payment in our portal, select the ACH option. This will prompt a bank account login where the funds will be verified. Extra security measures have been implemented and vary from bank to bank. A text message verification may be required. ACH typically takes 1-5 business days. We do not recommend this payment option for immediate or urgent orders. The processing time for ACH should be added to the lead time. There is no fee for this payment option.

HOW TO SHOP FOR CLEARANCE PRODUCTS

1. Log into our PORTAL.

3. Click "Create New Order".

**This selection is only available under orders, NOT quotes**

4. On the left-hand side, scroll down to the red section titled "Clearance Products".

5. Shop away and submit your order as you normally would.
