Explore Our Trending Building Kits

Customizable kits feature durable metal components for DIYers and professionals, allowing choices in dimensions, colors, insulation, and doors, with a modular design for easy expansion.

Visualize Before You Build.
For our building kits, once the design is finalized—either by our team or the customer—it is submitted to a licensed engineering firm for review, structural calculations, and stamping for approval. The engineering firm assumes full responsibility for the stamped design; we do not bear liability. We supply building kits to states outside of California, and our partnered engineering firm has licensed engineers in every state.

  • In most locations, any building under 120 sq ft. does not require a permit, making it an easy and hassle-free solution for storage sheds, carports, and small workspaces. However, building codes and regulations can vary by state and county, so we always recommend checking with your local permitting office to confirm specific requirements.

  • Our streamlined manufacturing process ensures that your custom steel building is ready in just 5-7 weeks from order confirmation. Lead times may vary slightly depending on customization, engineering requirements, or seasonal demand, but we strive to deliver as quickly as possible. Need your building sooner? Contact our team to discuss availability and expedited options.

  • The preliminary quote covers the building’s components.

  • Metroll US does not provide direct installation services. However, we can connect you with third-party contractors who specialize in building installation.

  • You’ll need to manage the permitting process yourself, but we provide stamped engineering plans to support your application.

  • We partner with trusted insulation companies that provide and ship insulation directly to your jobsite.

Matte Black Roofing Panels (Color)

Please note that the appearance of our Matte Black roofing panels will vary depending on lighting conditions. Matte finishes naturally reflect light differently than standard gloss coatings. As a result:

  • In direct sunlight, the panels may appear slightly lighter or exhibit a soft sheen.

  • In shaded areas or indirect light, the color may look deeper, darker, or more muted.

  • Large roof surfaces may also show subtle tonal shifts when viewed from different angles or at different times of the day.

These characteristics are inherent to all matte-coated metal roofing products and do not indicate a defect.
