Pickup appointments

Arrive. Check in. Load out.

Schedule completed orders before dispatching your driver. We can stage the order for the appointment time.

  1. Log in to the portal

    Use your approved Metroll portal account.

  2. Open My Account

    Select Completed Orders from the account navigation.

  3. Select the completed order

    Choose the order your driver will collect.

  4. Choose a date and time

    Submit your preferred pickup appointment.

  5. Send the order number

    Your driver presents it at the Check-In window when they arrive.

Payment methods

Choose the right payment route.

Review fees and processing time before selecting a method.

Credit card

Select credit card when prompted in the portal. Additional security measures protect the transaction.

Fee appliesA 2.9% transaction fee is added to your invoice.
Portal-only inventory

Shop clearance through an order.

Clearance products are available when creating a new order. They do not appear in quotes.

  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Open My Account.
  3. Select Create New Order.
  4. Open Clearance Products in the left navigation.
  5. Add products and submit the order.
Order onlyClearance Products is not available when creating a quote.
